I would like to welcome November on the blog, with a delicious recipe that has already become our favorite around here.
A few days ago, I made the easiest and quickest bacon and cheddar quiche with a few more ingredients I happened to have.
Perhaps on some brunch-at-home with guests our friends.
The original recipe is here and by adding some imagination with what you have on on your fridge, you can create your own masterpiece for the weekend. I added some green peppers, while instead of 4 eggs I used 2 and instead of milk I used sour cream.
