Mini Interview: Meeting Nicoletta From «One Quarter Greek»

blurpixels photoblog interview of neanikon photo copywrite one qurter greek

I would like to welcome today on Blurpixels, a new blog from Santorini, OneQuarterGreek. Nicoletta is Italian and by one quarter Greek, from her grandmother`s side. She is a very sweet and kind person and probably the most courageous blogger I know, since she decided to leave London and move permanently in Santorini, after her vacation time there. She is learning Greek and the all the answers on the Greek section of the interview are her own, not just a translation!! At her blog, she shares everyday moments from her new life on the island and in Greece, while she discovers it day by day. I want to thank her so...

Homemade Chocolate Brownies For Choco Lovers

blurpixels photography and lifestyle blog easy brownies recipe

November turned out to be a really busy month around here. Writing and photographing was not part of the daily schedule but thanks to Instagram I stayed connected with the world. I guess being a working mum and at the same time managing a blogging routine is a hard challenge. I believe that is getting too difficult to maintain a two-language blog, so I think that if I want to keep posting, I must choose between Greek and English. Translation takes too much time. In fact, I would love to read in the comment area below, which language you prefer. You could help me a lot. Anyway, back to the...

blurpixels photography blog greek recipes bacon tart

Today`s post is dedicated to all working mums, with little free time on their schedule, but with so much mood for creative cooking. I would like to welcome November on the blog, with a delicious recipe that has already become our favorite around here. A few days ago, I made the easiest and quickest bacon and cheddar quiche with a few more ingredients I happened to have. I found the recipe on the Pillsbury page and judging by the response at home and on the Instagram, I think I am going to make it again really soon. Perhaps on some brunch-at-home with guests our friends.  The original recipe is here and by adding some imagination with...

I would like to welcome today on Blurpixels, a beautiful and pure Greek blog that I have loved since its first post. The Mycountry by the Greeks blog, is a great web page full of Greek icons, colors and that unique energy that you can only meet when you travel around Greece. Is a favorite page of mine, that I love to visit and relax and let my mind to travel into all the fantastic Greek places that I have not visited yet. That endless trip of the photographers of Mycountry to all the Greek villages and to the Athenian streets is a work that I simply admire. It gives me inspiration, motivation to...
