Lunch With Friends At Home

There is nothing better than a cosy Sunday lunch at home with friends. Especially now that the weather in Greece is really sweet, we tend to invite more often people in our houses and of course the summer courses that we can offer them are endless. Of course, each group has its own codes and tasty habbits but also a lot depend on the budget each one affords. blurpixels photo blog still life photography blurpixels photo blog still life photography It is really easy to organize such an event in such way that everyone enjoys it, including yourself if you are hosting it. A couple of appetisers, an easy salad in the middle, a main dish and either a dessert or fresh fruits at the end, compose a full lunch. blurpixels photo blog still life photography In our group that happens quite often, to gather in a house and enjoy all together a lunch and we do not prepare it much. It is more of a spontaneous thing to do. I am sharing today a few shots from such a spontaneous gathering. The specific menu was including fish baked in salt crust, boiled vegetables and greek salad. blurpixels photo blog still life photography blurpixels photo blog still life photography A really good recipe of a fish baked in salt crust is this one. It is an absolutelly tasty flavor, really into summer and very healthy. It is a spanish recipe that a friend of ours was cooking it while he was in Spain. In BBC Food webpage there are many more ideas for cooking full lunches for your friends but I believe that the best ideas and combinations are coming from one that is in the mood to do something like that, and how much wants to offer to his friends. Enjoy the party!! blurpixels photo blog still life photography blurpixels photo blog still life photography blurpixels photo blog still life photography blurpixels photo blog still life photography
